ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW

The Declaration of Covenants dictates that no structure should be added to a VSHOA lot nor should an existing structure be modified in a way that materially changes the external appearance without approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  See page 12 of the Declaration of Covenants for specific guidelines regarding what should be reviewed by the ARC.  For general inquires please email  victoriastationarc@gmail.com
